Compassionate, specialized care and rehabilitation services put people on the road to recovery at Brandon Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  Affiliated with the Carilion Center for Healthy Aging and Medicare-certified as a skilled nursing center, the Center provides:

• 24/7 care by a multi-disciplinary team of nurses and therapists, supervised by a board-certified physician.
• Physical, occupational and speech therapy.
• Private and semi-private accommodations.
• Transportation to medical appointments and local hospitals.

More than medical care
Residents also receive care for the mind and spirit through a variety of amenities and activities – such as excellent food, outings and entertainment – designed to enhance their quality of life.

A part of Lifecare
Brandon Oaks independent living and assisted living residents have priority access to the Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as part of their Lifecare residency agreement.  We also welcome other patients from the Roanoke Valley who have been discharged from the hospital after surgery or injury, and we accept Medicare Parts A and B.
