From Interstate 64:
Take the I-264 Exit east towards Virginia Beach to Exit 18, Rosemont Road.
Keep left at the fork in the ramp and merge onto South Rosemont Road.
After one block, turn right onto Virginia Beach Boulevard (Route 58).
Almost immediately, turn left onto Malibu Drive.
Follow Malibu Drive for one block to Luther Manor, on the right.
